I wanted to give some life and history to Magnolia Promenade, this community lot includes a restaurant, a bar and a small hotel where your Sims can sl… erm… well you know.

Honestly the interiors are not overly decorated but everything is functional. I made it for the empty lot on Magnolia Promenade but of course you can place it on any 20x30 lot. CC free, enable MOO before placing
